Summary Description
Responsible for the coordination of all departmental administrative functions and provides administrative support to the Manager, Facilities Management, Manager, Building Services, Manager, Support Services and the Facilities Management staff.

Qualifications
College degree or equivalent work experience with administrative training. Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel applications. Ability to develop and assemble letters, memos, reports and prepare spreadsheet documents. Excellent customer service skills to interface and coordinate with large and diverse numbers of internal and external contacts.

Preferred Qualifications
Well organized and able to prioritize issues and budget time appropriately.

Salary
$42,900 - $51,200
