Summary Description
Performs administrative and clerical duties and paralegal functions for the Office of Legal Services. Provides direct support for the Deputy Director, the (2) Resident Counsel and the Paralegal. Provides additional general administrative and clerical assistance to the Office of the Secretary, including back-up assistance for the Associate General Counsel.

Qualifications
This position requires significant experience that demonstrates maturity, problem solving skills, independent judgment, ability to work well under pressure, ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities in a busy environment, analytical focus, attention to detail, and outstanding judgment and discretion handling highly confidential information. Must be customer-service oriented and possess excellent communications skills (oral and written) and interpersonal skills and be able to interface with tact and diplomacy at all levels of the foundation and with outside individuals/firms. Must be a self-starter, able to work well with others, and able to prioritize and follow-through on work assignments independently. Must have the ability to work in diverse teams with shared responsibility and accountability. Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and using on-line research tools is required. Minimum of 3-5 years of previous office experience required.

Preferred Qualifications
BA/BS or combination of equivalent experience and education. Proficient in use of PowerPoint. Prior work experience in the legal sector. Knowledge of the Foundation's resources and operations.

Salary
$48,600 - $58,000
